Are you a professional wedding vendor? This is our invitation for your business to apply for membership at Tallahassee's most innovative wedding planning space. A space where wedding professionals meet brides and grooms, a space where wedding professionals meet, network, and collaborate all in a comfortable, relaxing setting. This space is located in the heart of Mid-town. Our current membership consists of wedding planners, florists, photographers, hair and makeup artists, DJ’s, and more.

 Our location is home to the best vendors in the Tallahassee wedding industry and provides an excellent professional environment for any couple to plan their big day.

What “The Wedding Suite” provides to its members:

·         Unlimited 24 hours access to the facility (meet with brides whenever it is convenient for them)

·         Wireless high-speed internet 

·         Page/Link on our Professional website

·         Coverage/ promotion on all major social media sites 

·         Involvement vendor and bridal events

·         Electricity service

·         Trash service

·         Cleaning of shared areas

·         Access to schedule via our online calendar (for meeting rooms)

·         Placement in Vendor Lineups

·         Limited number of members in your field

·         Members in the same field will be on a rotation for any events at the Wedding Suite

·         Key for building ($10 fee to replace lost keys)

·         Key for office if applicable ($10 fee to replace lost keys)

·         Receptionist during business hours

 

 

Membership requirements

·         All required insurance, licensing, and certification for field

·         A minimum of one year in business

·         An active professional website

·         Outstanding reviews (Google, Wedding Wire, etc) with a minimum four-star rating  

·         A commitment to professional and quality service

·         One-year commitment to the membership at the suite. 

          Please provide all the above when you submit your application. 

Members are to provide:

·         Marketing materials for display in shared areas

·         Displays of work and/or merchandise in meeting rooms such as decorations, pictures, furniture, etc. Each member is to

          be represented fairly.

·         Samples of Products and/or services for two events per year

·         Bio information and pictures for your page on our website

·         Link from your website to The Wedding Suite website

 

Restrictions:

·         Meeting rooms are for meeting your potential customer, networking etc. Meeting limited to a maximum of three hours per session

·         Leave rooms clean

·         Only members can display their products, cards, or any other promotional items in meeting rooms. 

·         Only members can use the facility unless otherwise agreed upon by the bride, fellow vendors, and management.

·         The use of The Wedding Suite for rental purposes (weddings, parties, luncheons, etc) is to be coordinated by The Wedding

           Suite management.

·         Lack of respect to other vendors or property of The Wedding Suite could be grounds for dismissal from membership to The

          Wedding Suite.

·         All documents of The Wedding Suite are for the sole use of The Wedding Suite and are to be held confidentially.

·         Not showing up for a lineup or event can limit your future participation in said event. 

·         Any membership dues not paid within 15 days of the due date is grounds for dismissal from membership. 

 

Premier Member:  

·         Private room

·         Address

·         Place for signage

·         Phone line access      

·         Use of Kitchen

·         Featured page on the website with link

·         First right of participation in vendor lineups

·         Sign in for scheduling calendar

·         First right of participation for onsite weddings/events

·         Shared rooms forfeit exclusivity

·     

 

Associate Member: 395.00 per year or 50.00 a month

·         Limited participation in vendor line ups

          Limited participation in Suite events

          Display area for marketing materials

          Link on website

          Access to the meeting room

          Unlimited memberships are available (the number of vendors in your field will be determined by The Wedding Suite)

 

Your Application will be reviewed by the management of The Wedding Suite to ensure all requirements are fulfilled.  You will then be notified of membership acceptance or denial. 

 

The Wedding Suite reserves the right to refuse any membership that has not met the above-listed requirements.  

 

Membership is on a first come first serve basis. 

 

By applying for membership at The Wedding Suite you are in agreement with the above document.
